Maharishi Vedic™ architecture gives dimensions, formulas, and orientations to the buildings that will provide cosmic harmony and support to the individual for his peace, prosperity, and good health — daily life in accord with Natural Law, daily life in the evolutionary direction." — Maharishi
PROFOUND REST & DEEPER INNER EXPERIENCE
The unique experience of deep silence and profound knowledge over an entire weekend results in a dramatic reduction of accumulated stress and tension. Participants in TM retreats report that even one such weekend can boost energy, clarity, and happiness for months afterwards.
MEDITATORS will enjoy extended practice of Transcendental Meditation, including instruction in yoga asanas and pranayama (gentle breathing techniques), in a programme designed by Maharishi to accelerate the growth of inner experience. This will provide greater familiarity with the inner creative silence of Pure Consciousness, and deep, extended, rejuvenating rest for the body. This results in profound release of stress which effortlessly provides the basis for greater clarity, energy, and happiness when returning home.
TM SIDHAS will enjoy extended group practice of the TM-Sidhi programme in the comfortable and silent Maharishi Peace Palace Programme Room.
